The board consists of 10 roles – 4 executive roles and 6 committee leaders. However, our board is quite flexible, and we may distribute some roles among multiple individuals if there’s a significant amount of work within a specific area in the upcoming year.
The board convenes for board meetings, and in addition, we organize social dinners, activities, and trips for the board members.
Being a part of the NTNUI Sailing board is a unique opportunity to become more involved in the sailing community both locally and nationally. Moreover, it’s a special chance to learn more about how an organization functions while sharing the joy of a sport we all love! We hold a general assembly in the early part of each year.
